Does Izil Collection have a physical store?
No. We do not currently have a physical location. It is something we may consider in the future. In the meantime, enjoy your shopping experience on our website!
How can I track my order?
Please check your email inbox for your shipping confirmation email (1 – 2 business days after your order has been placed), which will include your tracking information. All information on the status of your package will be available on the carrier’s website. We encourage you to keep a close eye on your online tracking information in case there are any important alerts or updates on your package.
Please note, carriers will sometimes take 24 – 48 hours to update their online tracking information. If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please reach out to our Support Team at service@izilcollection.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to help you.
How long will it take to process my order ?
We will need 1 to 2 business days to process your order.
What shipping options do you offer?
Currently Izil Collection operates solely within Canada, we use Canada Post services. The best way to examine the different options is to proceed to the checkout window on Izil Collection online store. At that point, based on the weight of your items and your shipping address, you will be presented with a variety of shipping choices. You will see the shipping speed estimates for the different prices.
Orders over C$199 ship free via Canada Post. For orders below C$199, shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.
How can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please email our Customer Support team as soon as possible at service@izilcollection.com with your order number. We will try our best to cancel your order, however, if it has entered processing at our warehouse or has already been shipped, we no longer have the ability to cancel it.
If your order is not able to be cancelled, please simply reach out to us once you have received your order and we’ll be happy to assist you with a return for a full refund back to your original method of payment.
How do I return an item?
You can return your items via mail within 7 days of its delivery to you with your record of sale attached. Please contact us before mailing your items as we need to provide you with written authorization for your return request to be accepted. Please check our Return policy for detailed information.
How do I exchange an item?
I have problems with my order. How do I get help?
If you have any trouble with your delivery process or the state your product upon delivery please contact us at service@izilcollection.com. We will return to you as soon as we can and will be happy to help you.
Can I shop without making an account?
Yes you can. You will only need to share personal information including a delivery address during checkout so we can create your order
Why should I subscribe to your Newsletter?
Our newsletter subscribers will have a chance to be the first to see our new selections when they are available in addition to receiving exclusive discounts!
We are against spamming and over promoting. You will receive only up to two mails a month and can unsubscribe anytime.
Only one discount/promo code can be used at a time.
