Return Policy
Izil Collection operates through this website’s online store therefore returns can only be done through mail. To begin this process please contact us on service@izilcollection.com. We will process your request and return to you as soon as we can. Before mailing us the item you wish to return, please wait for authorization.
- Items that are unaltered, not worn and not final sale can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The time between your purchase and shipping duration is excluded from this process. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests after 7 days from delivery. Please make sure to provide your record of sale (receipt) and share your personal information during this process so we can confirm you are the buyer.
- We reserve the right to deny any returns that are made after this period. Items that are eligible for return must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged. Any garments returned to us with makeup, markings, stains or scents will not be accepted.
- Items purchased during any sales are non-returnable and considered final sale. Final sale items will not be approved for returns. We do not offer price match adjustments, returns, credits or exchanges for items that went on sale after your purchase date.
Allow us up to 5 work days to process your return request. If the return request is approved, the original amount paid to make the purchase is refunded. You will be refunded the original amount of payment within 3 to 10 days.
If there are shipping costs applied to the original order, the costs will remain the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be refunded. Please make sure to get authorization for returns before mailing your items. Items shipped to us without written confirmation from us will be refused and returned to sender at the sender’s expense.
Izil Collection will not be held liable for any damage which has been caused to your garments by a third-party dry-cleaning company. We don't offer any price adjustments under any circumstances.
Izil Collection reserves the right to deny an exchange, store credit or refund if the garment does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer.
